Sunny Mallorca

Finally got time to post the last pictures from my summer vacation this year. I went to Mallorca for a week with a very good friend, and we stayed at a hotel with all inclusive. The weather was perfect all of the days, and we able to lie by the pool everyday. We stayed at the Garden Holliday village, which is a hotel where you have to be 18 to stay there. It was a nice hotel, but as always a hotel with some flaws. The pool was very nice, but some of the sides had broken tiles. The room we stayed in had just been renovated, and that was defiantly a big plus, because we had a huge shower. The hotel staff was very nice, and there were lots of activities to do during the day and entertainment almost every night. We had a lot of fun, and it was so great spending so much time with a great friend. We went to the beach one day, which was very nice. I would defiantly go back to Mallorca again, because it's a very nice island, and during the summer the weather is very warm and sunny.
We spend most of the time at the hotel, laying by the pool, drinking drinks and talking. Just what we both needed before we had to start studying.

Found a very cute market in Port de Alcudia.

The beach in Playa del Muro

One of the days we visited the Old town of Alcudia.

Summer in northern Italy

Summer in Italy was a different experience for me. I have never been to Italy before, and I was so surprised about the country. They have a very special architecture there and I really liked it.
On day we went to the floating city of  Venice, which was a great experience. Such a beautiful city, and very funny to see how they only use foot or boat to get around in the city. There were so many people and some places the streets were very crowded and it felt kinda claustrophobic to walk around there. My family and I tried to find some places where there were not that many people and somehow we ended up at a jail. Fun experience but also kinda scary, we hurried out from there before anyone saw us. I think that Venice is a city that you at some point in life has to visit, because it is very different from any other place. Although I would probably never go back, because I feel like it's just a one time thing. Very pretty and interesting, but not a city I need to visit twice.
I would really like to go to Rome, because I'm sure that is very different from Venice.
All in All it was a great trip, and my family and I had a ton of fun together. We also got to try some of the Italian specialties, which are so food. There is nothing wrong with the food in Italy, and I can more than recommend it.

Very cute and tired dog laying in front of a store.

Very pretty masks, which me and my sister also ended up buying two of.

Lake Garda, which was right next to our campground.

On the boat going to Venice.
